Our plant has its own casting, heat treatment, machining, assembling, coating, and testing equipment, allowing for direct and effective quality control of each link from raw material ratio to final completion. The entire production line is capable of successfully monitoring product quality at all stages of manufacturing and ensuring production delivery on time.
Our plant spans more than 50000 square meters and employs more than 30 / 70 professional engineers. We can produce single castings weighing up to 10 tons and with a maximum part diameter of 6.4 meters. There are three numerical control heat treatment furnaces, each measuring 6m5.5mx2.5m. The monthly manufacturing capacity is 700/900 tons. We can assemble a pump with a height of 2500mm. The crane has a capacity of 20 tons.

In the foundry workshop, computer simulation of casting mold and product application, automatic sand casting mold machine, precision casting aluminum mold; resin sand, coated sand, lost foam, and other casting processes.
Many intermediate frequency induction furnaces cast batches of tidy and smooth casting products; they can suit the various pump material needs of different clients and projects. Cast iron, high chromium alloy (Cr27MoNi), various grades of stainless steel (SS304, SS316, SS316L, duplex steel, etc.), brass, bronze, and other materials are used in casting.

Our plant has a control data heat treatment furnace, which is highly useful for high chromium alloys and other alloys. Different heat treatment procedures are used for different operations, and the metallographic structure of flow passage sections is changed to greatly improve material qualities and extend product service life.

Our typical delivery period is about 25 days, but having a significant inventory means that we can give the best quality products in the shortest amount of time when customers require them urgently.
